They care for their students as if each one is their own, dedicating themselves to nurturing their development to the highest level. Educators transform education by embodying the knowledge, personality, and professionalism they wish to instill in their students. Their motivation is not monetary; their work revolves around creating well-rounded, civilized, and dignified human beings.

The role of an educator encompasses the cognitive, social, emotional, physical, and spiritual development of young individuals. It is not merely a profession; it is a calling that connects with the soul. Teaching is not an ordinary job; it is a divine vocation. Educators are the preachers of wisdom on this earth. Their impact will be questioned not by authorities or laws but on the Day of Judgment.

An educator shapes humanity and society. If someone lacks an inherited passion, the necessary skills, or genuine interest in becoming an educator, or if they do not possess the highest character values, great life skills, and a deep understanding of their subject, then they should reconsider entering this profession. Teaching is not about playing with money; it is about working with individuals to help them become civilized members of society.

To the parents whose children learn under these dedicated educators, remember that when you pay your child’s fees, you are compensating for time, not the invaluable knowledge and training provided. ایک معلم صرف ایک تعلیم دینے والا نہیں ہوتا؛ وہ ایک رہنما، مشیر، اور خیر خواہ ہوتا ہے، جو ہر بچے کو مستقل حمایت فراہم کرتا ہے۔ وہ اپنے طلباء کا ایسے خیال رکھتے ہیں جیسے ہر ایک ان کا اپنا ہو، اور ان کی مکمل ترقی کے لیے خود کو وقف کر دیتے ہیں۔ معلمین تعلیم کو اس طرح تبدیل کرتے ہیں کہ وہ علم، شخصیت اور پیشہ ورانہ مہارت کو مجسم کرتے ہیں، جو وہ اپنے طلباء میں منتقل کرنا چاہتے ہیں۔ ان کی تحریک مالی نہیں ہوتی؛ ان کا کام مہذب، باوقار، اور مکمل انسان بنانا ہوتا ہے۔

ایک معلم انسانیت اور معاشرے کو شکل دیتا ہے۔ اگر کسی میں فطری جذبہ، ضروری مہارتیں، یا اس پیشے میں حقیقی دلچسپی کی کمی ہے، یا اگر ان کے پاس اعلیٰ کردار کی اقدار، زندگی کی بہترین مہارتیں، اور اپنے مضمون کی گہری سمجھ نہیں ہے، تو انہیں اس پیشے میں آنے پر دوبارہ غور کرنا چاہیے۔ تعلیم کا مطلب پیسوں سے کھیلنا نہیں؛ یہ افراد کے ساتھ کام کرنا ہے تاکہ وہ معاشرے کے مہذب رکن بن سکیں۔

آئیے ہم اپنے معلمین کو ان کی خدائی خدمت کے لیے گہری تحسین، عزت، اور شکریہ پیش کریں۔ ان والدین کے لیے جن کے بچے ان محنتی معلمین کے زیرِ تعلیم ہیں، یاد رکھیں کہ جب آپ اپنے بچے کی فیس ادا کرتے ہیں، تو آپ وقت کے لیے ادائیگی کر رہے ہیں، علم اور تربیت کی قیمتی دولت کے لیے نہیں۔ دنیا میں کوئی چیز حقیقی تعلیم کو نہیں خرید سکتی۔

دنیا کو معلمین کی مالی اور سماجی فلاح و بہبود کو ترجیح دینی چاہیے تاکہ وہ اپنی توانائیوں کو تعلیم کی تبدیلی پر مرکوز کر سکیں۔ معلمین ایک کمیونٹی، معاشرے، اور ملک کے رہنما ہیں؛ وہ تعلیمی عدالتوں میں تمام مسائل کا حل نکالتے ہیں۔ اسکول وہ مقامات ہیں جہاں معاشرے کے سماجی چیلنجز حل کیے جاتے ہیں۔ جب معلمین اجلاسوں یا محافل میں شرکت کرتے ہیں، تو ان کی رآیے سب سے بلند ہونی چاہیے۔
