What a Political Leader Should Be in the Context of Riyasat-e-Madina
Creating a political party and proclaiming the vision of
establishing a “Riyasat-e-Madina” is a great responsibility. It is not just

کسی سیاسی جماعت کا قیام اور “ریاستِ
مدینہ” کے قیام کے مقصد کا اعلان ایک بہت بڑی ذمہ داری ہے۔ یہ صرف نعروں یا وعدوں
کا معاملہ نہیں، بلکہ قیادت میں اسلام کے حقیقی اقدار کی عملی تصویر پیش کرنے کا
تقاضا ہے۔ جو رہنما ریاستِ مدینہ قائم کرنے کا دعویٰ کرتا ہے، اسے اعلیٰ اخلاقی،
فکری اور روحانی معیار اپنانا ضروری ہے۔

اور عاجزی
- سادہ اور عاجزانہ زندگی گزارے، فضول خرچی
سے اجتناب کرے اور عمل سے مثال قائم کرے۔
- انصاف
اور برابری
- ہر فیصلہ منصفانہ، شفاف اور غیر جانبدار
ہو۔
- شہریوں کے حقوق، بشمول اقلیتیں اور غریب،
کا تحفظ کرے۔
- جوابدہی
اور دیانتداری
- عوام، جماعت اور اللہ کے سامنے جوابدہ ہو۔
- عوامی یا تنظیمی وسائل کا ذاتی فائدے کے
لیے استعمال نہ کرے۔
- علم
اور حکمت
- فیصلے اسلامی تعلیمات، مشاورت (شورا) اور
عملی حکمت پر مبنی ہوں۔
- عوام کی خدمت کے لیے مسلسل علم حاصل کرے۔
- مشاورت
اور مشیران (شورا)
- اہل علم مشیروں کی رائے قبول کرے اور ان کی
رہنمائی پر عمل کرے۔
- خدمت
گزار قیادت
- قیادت ذاتی فائدے کا ذریعہ نہیں بلکہ خدمت
کا فریضہ ہو۔
- عوام کی فلاح ہمیشہ اولین ترجیح ہو۔
- آئندہ
رہنماؤں کی تربیت
- دوسروں کو انصاف، دیانتداری اور اخلاقی
قیادت کی تربیت دے۔
- آئندہ کے لیے صحیح قیادت کے اصول قائم
رکھے۔
- سچائی
اور شفافیت
- ہر وقت سچ بولے، فریب سے اجتناب کرے اور
عوام کے ساتھ کھلی بات چیت کرے۔
- ضرورت
مندوں اور کمزوروں کی دیکھ بھال
- یتیموں، بیوہ خواتین، غریب اور مظلوموں کا
تحفظ کرے۔
- اخلاقی
حوصلہ اور صبر
- کرپشن، ظلم اور ناانصافی کے خلاف کھڑے رہے،
چاہے سیاسی یا ذاتی قیمت چکانی پڑے۔
- چیلنجز اور تنقید کا صبر و تحمل سے مقابلہ
کرے۔
- تقویٰ
(اللہ کا خوف)
- ہر عمل میں اللہ کی رضا کو پیش نظر رکھے،
کیونکہ ہر فیصلہ اللہ کے سامنے جوابدہ ہوگا۔
- امانتداری
(اعتماد)
- قیادت ایک امانت ہے اور عوام کے حقوق و
فلاح کا تحفظ ضروری ہے۔
- ظلم
سے اجتناب
- کسی پر ظلم، دھوکہ یا نقصان نہ کرے۔
کمزوروں اور مظلوموں کا تحفظ کرے۔
- عوامی
فلاح و بہبود (مصلحت)
- ہر پالیسی اور اقدام معاشرتی بھلائی اور
عوامی فلاح کے لیے ہو۔
- ریاستِ
مدینہ کے وژن سے وابستگی
- ہر عمل انصاف، فلاح اور اخلاقی قیادت کے
مطابق ہو، جو ریاستِ مدینہ کی اصل روح کی عکاسی کرے۔
آخر میں، ریاستِ مدینہ کے قیام کا
دعویٰ کرنے والا رہنما طاقت، دولت یا شہرت سے نہیں بلکہ دیانتداری، انصاف،
عاجزی، خدمت اور اللہ و عوام کے سامنے جوابدہی سے پرکھا جاتا ہے۔ اسلام میں
قیادت ایک امانت ہے، اور جو اسے سنبھالے وہ خلوص، عدل اور اخلاقی حوصلے کے ساتھ
قیادت کرے۔
